All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, any applicable refund will be processed according to our policies.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted and refunds are not provided. Replacement is available only if the product is received damaged and reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
